Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints are made to order and fulfilled by a professional fine art printing partner. Please allow approximately 8–10 business days for production and delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Complimentary shipping is included on all U.S. print orders.

Original Works

Original paintings are carefully wrapped and packaged by hand. All original works ship fully tracked and insured, and you'll receive confirmation with tracking details as soon as your piece is on its way.

Complimentary shipping is included on all U.S. orders. For collectors outside the United States, please reach out through the contact page for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.

Returns & Purchase Policy

Fine Art Prints

All prints are made to order especially for you, so all print sales are final and we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we'll be happy to make it right.

Original Works

Original paintings purchased through the shop are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery for U.S. orders. The work must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the collector. Works that arrive damaged or show signs of wear or alteration are not eligible for refund.

All international sales of original works are final.

Terms of Service

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Hailey Toohey. Commissioned and purchased works are created for your personal enjoyment—reproduction, distribution, resale of reproductions, or commercial use of any kind requires prior written consent from the artist.

Fine art prints are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party fine art printing partner. Colors may vary slightly between what you see on screen and the physical print due to differences in displays and the printing process.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

The artist reserves the right to photograph and share completed original and commissioned works for portfolio, studio, and promotional purposes, including on social media and in press materials. If you have specific privacy concerns regarding commissioned work, please mention them during the commission process and I'll do my best to accommodate.
